Welcome to the web site of the "Fourth International Conference on Business and Management" organized jointly by the Riara University of Kenya, Uganda Technology and Management University (UTAMU) and Social Sciences Research Society (SoSReS). This major international event is going to be held in Nairobi, Kenya between 07 April 2017 and 08 April 2017.

This is a conference for those, who are interested in presenting paper in the fields of organization, business, management/governance.

The aim of the conference is to bring together a wide audience of academicians, policy makers and practitioners around clearly circumscribed topics, engage participants in fruitful debate, and facilitate mutual understanding. An additional goal of the conference is to provide a place for academicians and professionals with inter-disciplinary/ multi-disciplinary interests related to organization, business, management/governance to meet and interact with members inside and outside their own particular disciplines.
