The 24th International Symposium on Fluorine Chemistry (24th ISFC), organized by Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, CAS, will be held in Shanghai on July 28 to August 02, 2024.  ISFC, initiated in 1959, is an academic conference for the researchers bringing together thoughts and wisdom, as well as sharing the frontiers in fluorine synthesis all over the world. The Symposium came to China for the first time in 2005 (17th ISFC), and we are honored to have the symposium to back to Shanghai again in 2024. The theme of the conference is “FluoroChem, better life”. Around 800 delegates will be expected to attend this special event.

Shanghai is one of the world’s largest seaports and a major industrial and commercial centre of China. The city is located on the coast of the East China Sea between the mouth of the Yangtze River (Chang Jiang) to the north and the bay of Hangzhou to the south.
