The International Conference on Power Systems (ICPS) is a leading conference in the area of Power Engineering since its birth year 2004. It is a brainchild of academicians from India and Nepal. The 10th International Conference on Power Systems, 2023 (ICPS 2023) continues a series of biennial conferences and will be held at Long Beach Hotel, Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh from 13th -15th December 2023. This conference is jointly organized by IEEE Bangladesh Section; IEEE Industrial Applications Society (IAS) Bangladesh Chapter and IEEE Power and Energy Society (PES) Bangladesh Chapter.

Cox’s Bazar, a small seaside town in Bangladesh, is an extraordinary conference venue that promises an unforgettable experience for attendees. With the theme “Empowering the Future: Sustainability and Innovation in Power Systems and Grids”, ICPS 2023 will provide an opportunity to discuss various research activities and latest developments in the area of Smart Power System; and help us to generate a road map to move ahead with necessary pace. A large number of Eminent Professors, Technocrats, Scientists, Administrators and Students from various parts of the World are expected to participate in the ICPS 2023. The tutorials on the relevant topics, keynotes by eminent persons, panel discussion, paper & poster presentations, and opportunities for industry/trade exhibits, with separate events for industry sessions and student competitions, will be an integral part of the conference.

All submitted papers must be unpublished and not considered elsewhere for publication, should be written in English and formatted according to IEEE Template. Each submitted paper will pass through the standard IEEE peer-review process and, if accepted and presented at the Conference, will appear in the conference proceedings and will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore digital library. Further, authors of selected presented papers in ICPS 2023 may be invited to submit extended versions of their manuscripts for consideration in the IEEE Xplore digital library on Industry Applications.
