In the context of system-of-systems(SOS) confrontation, the combat SOS will inevitably be damaged by the enemy's interference or attack, and an appropriate recovery strategy can allow the SOS capability to be quickly and efficiently restored. The SOS resilience evaluation index can fully reflect the recovery ability of the combat SOS after damage. This paper analyzes the changing stages of combat SOS capability , and gives the definition and quantitative evaluation model of combat SOS resilience. On this basis, taking the toughness of the SOS recovery stage as the objective function, a combat SOS recovery model, the specific implementation steps of the recovery strategy based on resilience(RSBOR) and the strategy solution method are constructed. Finally, taking a specific combat SOS as an example, two scenarios of random attack and deliberate attack are simulated, and the effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified through comparative analysis.
