Under the background of carbon peak and carbon neutrality, the low-carbon development of green port energy systems is essential. In this paper, a comprehensive port evaluation system of energy efficiency, economy, and environment (3E) is proposed for the evaluation of the actual port energy system. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) fussy method is used to determine the weight of each index, and to calculate the degree of membership of different influencing factors. Based on the proposed evaluation system, the advantages and disadvantages of the actual port energy system with two different energy modes are compared in a case study, which demonstrates the effectiveness of the evaluation method and benefits of the integrated energy system.
