Welcome to the website of the ICUMT 2018 – The 10th International Congress on Ultra Modern Telecommunications and Control Systems. It is our great pleasure to invite you to the ICUMT 2018, which will be hosted this time in Moscow, Russia in November 5 – 9, 2018. The event is organized jointly by RUDN University, Brno University of Technology, Tampere University of Technology and several industrial partners. The congress is held within the framework of the RUDN University Competitiveness Enhancement Program „5–100“.
ICUMT is an IEEE (R8 + Russia Northwest Section) technically co-sponsored (approval pending) premier international congress providing an open forum for researchers, engineers, network planners and service providers targeted on newly emerging technologies, systems, standards, services, and applications, bringing together leading international players in telecommunications, control systems, automation and robotics. The event is positioned as a major international annual congress for the presentation of original results achieved from fundamental as well as applied research and engineering works.
Following the success of the previous events normally attracting around 120 participants from both academia and industry, ICUMT 2018 is planned as a four-day event offering a number of plenary sessions, technical sessions, and specialized workshops.
We look forward to seeing you in beautiful city of Moscow – a major political, economic, cultural, and scientific centre of Russia and Eastern Europe, as well as the largest city entirely on the European continent!

Call for Papers
Prospective authors are invited to submit full-length original and previously unpublished papers via the EDAS. Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by at last two members of the Scientific Programme Committee.
All the accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings issued on USB drive, which (containing only presented papers at the conference) will be sent for indexing and abstracting in IEEE Xplore® digital library and for indexing in SCOPUS databases.
Manuscript template
Authors should prepare a PDF file following the IEEE single-space, two-column format using at least 10 point size type. The paper must be correctly formatted to fit on A4. The paper should not exceed 6 pages including figures, tables & references. Maximum 4 additional pages are allowed. Additional pages will be overcharged. The papers cannot exceed 10 pages, otherwise they will be automatically rejected. The cost of overcharge per page is indicated in the Registration Fees.
