Submission Guidelines

Submitted manuscripts must be formatted in standard IEEE camera-ready format (double-column, 10-pt font) and must be submitted through EDAS as PDF files (formatted for 8.5x11-inch or A4-size paper). The manuscripts should be no longer than 6 pages.

The IEEE LaTeX and Microsoft Word templates can be found in https://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html.

The submission page on EDAS is http://edas.info/N24351.
All accepted full papers need to have a full registration to the conference.

NOTE:

All accepted papers must be presented in the conference. Or the paper will be withdrawn from publication.

Publication

With Technical Sponsorship of IEEE CS, all accepted papers will be included in IEEE Digital Library. Selected Papers will be invited to submit an extended version of their work to a special issue of Computational IntelligenceJournal.
